Advanced provisioning allowance (APA): the charterer is charged extra, at cost, for the charter expenses: fuel for the yacht, RIB or other tenders; food, soft drinks, wines, beers, spirits for the charterer, other consumable stores, berthing dues and other harbour charges away from the yacht's own berth, including pilotage fees and charges for water and electricity taken from the shore, laundry, telephone, fax or telex via radio or Inmarsat, as well as the hire costs of any special equipment placed on board at the request of the charterer. 25-40% APA is given to the yacht prior to the charter to allow the captain to buy fuel and provision the yacht as per the charterer's demands. At the end of the charter, the captain presents full accounts of all expenditure. The charterer is either refunded any money not used or asked to pay any additional costs not covered by the APA.
FOOD OPTIONS
Extra meal charge: 60 € per passenger/meal.
Discounts applied to food options for children: 0-2 years of age free of charge; 3-9 years of age 50% discount; 10-12 years of age 30% discount.
BEVERAGE OPTIONS
a. All-inclusive beverage package - 280 € per passenger/week: includes Croatian quality wines, beer, spirits, soft drinks, natural and mineral water, coffee, tea, juices
b. Non-alcoholic beverage package - 140 € per passenger/week The beverages options include beverages produced or bottled in Croatia. The charterer is allowed to bring beverages on board regardless of the chosen option. Additional beverages can be supplied on behalf of the charterer at the charterer's request. The Charterer will advise prior to the charter on selected food and beverages options. This cost is to be paid with the charter balance.
EXTRA COSTS - Port, marina fees and anchorages* - National Park and Park of Nature entrances - Dubrovnik visit fee on Split – Split route: 1.200 € - Delivery Fee for embarkation / disembarkation in any other port except base port, if “empty leg” caused, e.g., one way from Split to/from Dubrovnik: 1.200 € - Extra navigation: 70 €/h (This cost is already included in Delivery and Dubrovnik Visit Fee) - Any other cost not specifically mentioned as included
